Please be advised that Radiant has a planned maintenance interval scheduled as follows:

Time of Maintenance:
Start Time: April 14th 11:00 PM PST
End Time: April 15th 05:00AM PST
Affected Site (s): All MPLS customers, Dsl, Lanx, and surelink in BC and Alberta

Service interruption will be as brief as possible and technicians will be working diligently to minimize any service impact.
In the unlikely event that you are experiencing any problems after this period of maintenance, please contact our 24-hour Radiant Technical Support help desk at: support@radiant.net (referring to Ticket # CAS-260490-454FT2) We appreciate your understanding as we continue to focus on providing high quality service to you and your customers.

All Colony Customers,

Colony is implementing an immediate change freeze until February 1st 2012. This is due to commitments that require the full focus of our resources.

If there are urgent break/fix issues we are still able to assist. The change freeze only applies to new requests to add users, ports, ACL's, IP's etc that will not be actioned completed until Feb 1st 2012.

There is an emergency change that will take place tonight November 30th, 2011 at 11:59pm.

During this change all wireless services will be unavailable from 11:59pm to 01:00am PST.

A report regarding the root cause of this problem will be provided to all impacted customers within 24hrs.

There is a Severity 1 incident at the Colony Networks Data Centre. The problem is resulting in lost wireless service across multiple customers.

Please expect an update from Colony on this issue every 15min until the issue is resolved
